- CUMC exists to be family, friends, and fellowship.
- CUMC exists to help others support everyone and worship God through food, fun, and fellowship.

- CUMC exists to always have open minds, open doors, and open hearts.
- CUMC exists to help, love, and care for everyone.
- CUMC exists to care for, help, and love everyone, and to worship and communicate with God.
- CUMC exists to be a family to gather in worship, fellowship, and communion.
- CUMC exists to worship God and unite the Christian community.
- CUMC exists to help the poor, the congregation, and to love each other.
7th-8th grade Group Consensus Mission Statement:
- Our church family welcomes those seeking God through open doors.
The following are possible Mission Statements that the Adult Search For Life group came up with:
- To welcome and accept all to connect in worship, to touch hearts and stretch minds.
- To welcome people, touch hearts, stretching minds, accepting everyone, to make a difference in the world.
- Connecting people to God through Jesus Christ.
- Offering and serving Christ.
- Touching hearts, stretching minds as disciples of Christ.
- To give to the community and to the world what God has given to us.
